  • Tracking information is sent by email approximately 1–2 business days after your order has been placed

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us right away at support@evoraorganics.com. We’ll send a replacement or find a quick solution at no cost to you.

 

Delivered but Not Received

We're always happy to help wherever we can.
If your order shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please email us at support@evoraorganics.com within 7 days so we can look into possible solutions together.

Before reaching out, we kindly ask you to check with your local carrier, neighbors, or household members, as packages are sometimes placed in alternate safe locations.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Mira Organics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and contacting the carrier directly for further assistance.
